Reception is found on the ground floor at the far end of the building. Reception is open between 08:30am and 12:00noon, Monday to Friday.
Check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00, although later check-in can be arranged in advance. For early arrivals, cases can be left at the hotel until check-in. Check-out is no later than 10:30am. For late departures, cases can be left with the hotel. Preferred check-in day is Saturday, although check-in days are flexible.

The first floor of the hotel has a seating area, and there is a lounge on top floor of the hotel. These floors are accessed by a central staircase.
